REVIEW YOUR 2010 BENEFITS ONLINE VIA NETBENEFITS
Log into http://netbenefits.fidelity.com between November 10 - 24 to view your 2010 benefit options. If you are a salaried employee, you will not receive printed benefits enrollment materials at home. NetBenefits contains all of your benefit options and pricing information for 2010.

On NetBenefits, you may also:

• View or print the 2010 Annual Enrollment Guide
• See coverage summaries of each medical plan available in your area
• Look up your provider on each carrier's Web site to see if they are in network
• Perform side-by-side comparisons of your medical and dental plan options
• Look up your plan's phone number and Web site

This year is a passive enrollment. For 2010, if you would like to keep the same benefits you have currently, there's no need to take any action. This also applies to the Non-Tobacco User Credit and Flexible Spending Accounts, if you are currently enrolled in 2009. If you take no action, these will also carry forward into 2010.

Check your coverage – Are you enrolled in the benefit options that best meet the needs of you and your family?

What's New - You can review a description of 2010 benefits changes under "What's New" on NetBenefits after you click on the Health & Insurance tab.

Verify your dependents - Are each of your covered dependents enrolled in the correct plans for 2010? Do they meet Ryder’s dependent eligibility requirements?

IF YOU ARE NOT A SALARIED EMPLOYEE, YOU WILL RECEIVE PRINTED ANNUAL ENROLLMENT MATERIALS AT HOME
A package of printed materials was mailed to your home on November 5 (non-salaried employees only), and contains printed information on your benefit options and changes for 2010 including a Personal Fact Sheet, which summarizes each of the benefit plans available to you, your 2009 contributions and a listing of your covered dependents. You may go to NetBenefits to make changes for 2010 or contact the Ryder Benefits Service Center during Annual Enrollment.

Confirmation Statements will be mailed December 1^st, 2009.

IF YOU REGISTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON NETBENEFITS, YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR 2010 BENEFITS.

If you do not have access to the internet or if you have a question you cannot find the answer to on NetBenefits, you can also call the Ryder Benefits Service Center at 1-800-373-7300 from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday to speak to a Service Center Representative who can answer your questions and help you with your enrollment elections.

THE COVERAGE ELECTIONS YOU MAKE DURING THIS ANNUAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD BECOME EFFECTIVE ON JANUARY 1, 2010, AND CANNOT BE CHANGED IN 2010 UNLESS YOU EXPERIENCE A QUALIFIED LIFE EVENT.
