Tuition Reimbursement

As a full-time employee you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for the tuition costs of qualified courses through the Ryder Tuition Reimbursement Program.
Qualified courses are those deemed by your manager and the Human Resources Department as work-related or part of a work-related degree program.
Here’s how it works:
- You receive approval from your Manager or Supervisor before the class starts,
- Pay the full cost of the course up front and
- Simply submit a form for reimbursement after completing the course.
The plan will reimburse you 75% of the tuition cost of each approved course for which you receive a grade of C minus, its equivalent, or better.
