talentmap is Ryder's new talent management system. talentmap Learning will be available in early December and will improve access to learning and development opportunities, as well as provide managers with the tools to effectively manage the development of their employees.

If you are in one of the following groups, you will be able to access online content on Ryder-specific topics as well as view your training history.

• FMS: All employees
• CSS: All employees
• SCS: All Managers and above, all clerical employees, all salaried and hourly employees – except Drivers and Warehouse workers [e.g., Material Handlers, Forklift Operators, etc.].
  These employees will continue to use ProTread as their primary learning management system at this time.
