Important Update for Lily Customers: Week of January 7, 2008

Dear Valued Customer:

You recently heard the news that Ryder has agreed to acquire the Lease, Rental, and Maintenance businesses of Lily Transportation Corp. and we wanted to provide you with an update as to where we are in the process.

Both Ryder and Lily have been working hard over the last several weeks to prepare for a smooth transition. Once the agreement is final, Lily's Leasing, Rental, and Maintenance businesses will be consolidated within Ryder and operate under the Ryder name.

Your business is very important to us and we want your needs taken care of both during this brief transition and for many years to come as a valued Ryder customer. That means that there should be no disruption in your service levels or the quality and attention given to your business. If you are experiencing any disruption at all during this transition, please contact your Lily account manager or Jessica Leib of Ryder at 201-438-9100 ext. 246. We have also set up an e-mail at Lily Customers@ryder.com for you to submit your questions and receive answers.

We anticipate that certain Lily service locations will be consolidated with Ryder locations following the completion of the agreement. Ryder will communicate directly with those of you whose service may be moved to a nearby Ryder location in the very near term.
