Duane Sizemore Biography

Duane Sizemore is the Vice President of Business Development for Ryder's Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical. Prior to joining Ryder, Duane served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Total Logistic Control, which was acquired by Ryder in January of 2011. In his current role, Duane is responsible for top line revenue growth in the CPG vertical, by leveraging integrated transportation, distribution and packaging solutions in a 'source to shelf' setting.

At Total Logistic Control as a key member of the executive management team, Duane led various initiatives in the areas of sales process improvement, opportunity qualification, pipeline management and client lifecycle management to drive discipline and accountability across the sales organization. His collaborative approach to strategic sales and process improvement led his team to consistently meet and exceed annual sales quota while building on existing client foundations.

Duane brings over 20 years of experience in senior operations and business development roles across the logistics and CPG industries, with such companies as UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Baxter Healthcare, Frito-Lay and Georgia-Pacific. He is versed in a variety of healthcare, CPG and Retail supply chain formats, and actively practices continuous improvement methodology.

Duane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation from Indiana University. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the Warehousing Education Research Council (WERC), and has served on Rutgers University's Board for the Supply Chain academic program.
