James R. Barr
President
James (Jim) Barr has over 27 years of experience in the highway transportation industry. For eight years, Mr. Barr represented the trucking industry in Washington, D.C. before the legislative and executive branches regarding such matters as engine emissions standards, on-board vehicle electronics, anti-lock braking, and highway policy.

For the past 19 years, Mr. Barr has been an executive with a $5 billion dollar highway transportation services company based in Florida with more than 180,000 vehicles and over 2,000 locations in nine countries. During this time Mr. Barr's responsibilities have included environmental management, real estate and development, and government affairs. In addition, Mr. Barr is President of Ryder Fuel Services, a $7 million wholly-owned subsidiary of Ryder System, Inc., based in Houston, specializing in end-to-end fuel management services.

Robert D. Fatovic
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Robert D. (Bob) Fatovic is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Ryder System, Inc., a Fortune 500 global transportation and supply chain management solutions company. In this position, Mr. Fatovic leads the Company's legal functions and serves as Corporate Secretary for coordinating all functions relating to the Company's Board of Directors. He is also responsible for Ryder's Safety, Health and Security organization, Corporate Compliance Group, Government Affairs and Environmental Department. Mr. Fatovic is a member of Ryder's Executive Leadership Team.

Peter J. Cochefski
Managing Director/Director, Sales & Marketing
As Director of Ryder Fuel Services, Peter is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the RFS business. Additionally he serves as the Director, Sales & Marketing, with responsibilities for developing and growing the business, ensuring customer retention and defining and implementing the company marketing and sales program. Peter has 20+ years of experience in the petroleum/gas/oil industry with 18 years of experience developing, managing and marketing automatic tank gauge and unattended fuel control systems. Prior to employment with Ryder Fuel Services, Peter worked for petroleum equipment manufacturers and suppliers including Veeder-Root, Emco Electronics, and OPW Fuel Management Systems.

Peter holds a BS in Marketing, an MBA, with a concentration in International Business, a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and certifications in Lean Manufacturing/Thinking methodology.

Amy White
Sr. Compliance Manager
As Sr. Compliance Manager, Amy is responsible for managing and overseeing the regulatory compliance program for Ryder Fuel Services. In this role, she manages the implementation of effective policies and procedures to improve environmental compliance. Amy's team provides comprehensive remote site monitoring services to companies who need to comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations at the lowest cost. Amy has over 20 years experience in the petroleum industry ranging from dispatching for tank equipment related issues to managing environmental compliance.

Jay H. Crawford
Service Manager
As Service manager, Jay is responsible for managing the Ryder Fuel Services Service Support Center. The Service Support Center provides 24/7/365 service to fueling facilities across the country. Prior to taking over responsibilities for the service department Jay served as the Project Manager overseeing projects that RFS handles for all clients, working with the contractors and equipment providers to ensure competitive pricing, and constantly looking for new technology.

Jay has over 25 years of experience as a contractor and consultant for UST and AST systems including installations, removals, and repairs. He spent several years overseeing projects for the Army & Air Force Exchange Service on military bases throughout the United States.

He has held UST individual licenses for Arkansas, Florida, and Oklahoma, and currently is licensed in Texas. He has attained the highest level of certification for Veeder-Root and Incon tank gauges.

Corey E. McMillan
Technology Manager
As Technology Manager, Corey is responsible for driving growth in the business through the implementation of technology. Currently, involved in the development of Ryder Fuel Services new enterprise software platform Corey is responsible for managing all related project tasks, scheduling, communications, and implementation. Prior to moving into the role of Technology Manager, Corey served as Compliance Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing the regulatory compliance program for Ryder Fuel Services. In this role, he managed the implementation of effective policies and procedures to improve compliance. He has nine years of experience in the petroleum industry.

He has been involved in many different aspects of environmental compliance. Through his years in this industry, he has obtained expertise in personnel management and policy deployment for technical support on Fuel Management Systems. Corey's further work experience includes quality assurance activities on release detection methods for Automated Tank Gauges (ATG) and prompt response letters to state agencies on spill incidents at gasoline dispensing facilities.

Corey's educational background has provided the fundamentals of research methods & statistics in technology, project management protocol, and design & concept of Information Technology. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Computer Technology, along with a Master of Science in Industrial Technology.

Rebecca J. Flores
Controller
As Controller, Rebecca is responsible for executing all of the company's internal and external reporting as well as ensuring that these documents comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Additionally, she assumes responsibility for establishing financial policies, procedures and reporting systems.

Rebecca has over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining Ryder Fuel Services, Rebecca was a Business Analyst with Nabors International, LLC. She has held similar roles with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and Dell Computer Corporation. Rebecca has a solid track record in finance and organizational leadership with expertise in accounting and financial analysis.

Rebecca graduated with a BA in Accounting from St. Edwards University, Austin, TX.

Cory Gotte
Information Technologies Manager
Cory has over 14 years of experience in the technology field including but not limited to application design and development, database management, systems analysis, networking and is actively involved in strategic technology decisions at Ryder Fuel Services. He plays an important role in the technical development of all in-house management systems.

Cory oversees all of Ryder Fuel Services IT needs and has a long history of involvement with cutting-edge computer technology. He functions as the liaison between Ryder Fuel Services and their clients to help customize fuel management services, providing custom tailored scheduled reports, enabling the client to view reports in real time, compliance reporting and integrating important client interface data to the client's own in-house systems.
